Early 1930s teal silk chiffon blouse. Great color. Green devore velvet collar, waist, and cuffs. Ruching across shoulders. Keyhole back neck with hook. Two hooks at waist side but I was not able to fit this over the shoulders of my mannequin, so you may want to add more side closures if needed. Some discoloration spots but most are faint enough that they aren’t visible when worn, some pinholes, one hole on back a little smaller than pencil eraser.
