1920s chinoiserie blouse! Inky black silk with orange silk collar cuffs and hem trim. Black piping on collar. Keyhole neck with orange frog closure. Incredible dense hand embroidery depicting chinese figures in a dragon boat sailing through a wild colorful sea. The colors in the embroidery are unlike any I have seen before especially from this era!! Such bright vivid eye popping hues! Metal wrapped gold bullion embroidery accents the figures' hats. Flag embroidery on back and sleeves.
